Learn practical skills to manage intense emotions and build stronger relationships
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) takes all the practical skills from various therapy models and combines them into one comprehensive program. These are skills everybody needs but few people formally learn.
Our weekly workshops blend group therapy with psychoeducation, giving you both peer support and concrete tools. You'll learn four core skill sets:
DBT skills training may be a good fit if any of these resonate with you
You experience intense emotions that feel overwhelming or hard to control
You struggle with relationships or communicating your needs effectively
You want practical coping tools you can use in everyday life
You find yourself reacting impulsively when stressed or upset
You want to learn mindfulness and be more present
You value learning alongside others in a supportive group setting
Our licensed therapist guides each DBT workshop, bringing years of experience helping individuals and families develop these life-changing skills.
